Miniature 18ct Gold and Ruby “Heart” Charm Pendant

The miniature, vintage 18ct yellow gold pendant charm is in the form of an open-work heart within an open-work heart. The inner heart is made of twist-wire gold and is set with a small round-cut ruby (circa 0.02ct). The charm has a small fixed loop and an oval hinged bale. The charm is unmarked but tests to be 18ct yellow gold.
