The chunky sterling silver ring has some gilding on the front and has an inscribed silver disc (12.5mm diameter - believed to be a Mayan calendar) mounted on a rectangular nacre (19.7mm x 14.9mm), claw-set onto the rectangular head. The ring has been cast with decoration on the head and shoulders. The ring is marked “MEXICO; STERLING”.
