Silver and Garnet “Cross” Pendant

The vintage silver pendant is in the form of a shaped cross. Both sides are decorated in the same manner, so the cross can face either way. The centre of both sides of the cross has a tube-set, round-cut garnet (circa 0.18ct each). The two sides also have embossed detailing, with raised edges and decorative inner scrollwork that have polished silver finishes, and oxidised recesses. There are also oxidised recesses along the edges of the cross. The pendant has a small, fixed loop at the top of the bus and a hinged, round, ring bale.
