The modern, sterling silver drop earrings each have a pole and butterfly. On each pole there is a small, navette-shaped silver element (set with a mother-of-pearl) which supports a flexible down-comer, containing two diamond shapes set with marcasite. This down-comer supports a further, larger, navette-shaped, mother-of-pearl set pendant. The earrings and butterflies are marked “925”.
