Antique Silver Necklace with Locket Pendant

The necklace is made up of silver belcher chain with a large bolt ring, to which an antique silver locket pendant is attached. The locket is oval in shaped, flattened with rounded edges, and with a matt finish. It has a fixed loop and hinged bale attached to the top. The front of the locket supports an applied, decorated, oval-shaped “belt and buckle” element. The hinged locket opens to reveal an interior, with a removable, oval clip-frame on each side, where a photograph or keepsake could be inserted and secured.
