Large Silver Complex Cross Patonce Pendant
The vintage, silver pendant is in the form of a complex cross patonce, in that the main cross is decorated with applied beaded decoration and has beaded ends. There are four smaller, simpler crosses in the spaces between the arms of the main cross. The pendant has fixed loop at the top together with a hinged, decorated wedge bale. The back of the cross is decorated with four biblical scenes and is marked “900; SILVER; JERUSALEM”, indicating that it is of a slightly lower grade than sterling silver.
