18ct Gold and Diamond “Heart” Enhancer Pendant

The vintage 18ct yellow and white gold heart-shaped pendant enhancer has a domed white gold centre, pave-set with 24 round, brilliant-cut, diamonds (approximately 2mm diameter - circa 0.03ct each – circa 0.72ct total); and a pear-shaped element, above the heart, rub-over set with a pear-shaped diamond (approximately 6mm x 3.6mm – circa 0.40ct). The enhancer has a grooved yellow gold rim surround. The enhancer is unmarked but has been electronically scanned and is confirmed to be 18ct yellow gold.
