Sterling Silver and Amber Drop Earrings  

The modern, sterling silver drop earrings have poles and butterflies. Each has a small silver leaf shape, with a fixed, small loop, attached to the pole. This supports a pendant with leaf shapes above a tube-set, oval, cabochon-polished amber (9.5mm x 7.7mm – honey-coloured with some inclusions). The leaf elements are decorated with some small silver beads. The earrings are marked “925” indistinctly struck.
