Vintage 18ct Gold, Aquamarine, Pearl, Sapphire, and Diamond Dress Ring

The vintage 18ct gold ring has a yellow gold shank that broadens to form a wide head, which is pierced with a foliate design on the underside, and is decorated with a white and yellow gold applied flower-and-leaf design. This flower-and-leaf design is set with aquamarines, diamonds, pearls, and a sapphire. There are three round-cut aquamarines. The largest is claw-set (circa 4.7mm diameter – circa 0.3ct). The smaller two are tube-set (each approximately 2.2mm diameter – circa 0.05ct each). There are three diamonds. The largest is cushion-cut and claw-set (approximately 3mm x 3mm – circa 0.20ct; colour I-J; clarity I2). The smaller two are round-cut and tube-set (approximately 2.2mm diameter – circa 0.04ct each). There are two round, saltwater pearls, both light cream with slight rose overtones, good lustre and no significant blemishes. The larger is 5mm diameter, whilst the smaller is 4mm diameter. There is a round-cut, claw-set, blue sapphire (approximately 3.1mm diameter – circa 0.15ct). The ring is marked “18CT”.
